Overview:
ION Glass were involved in the refurbishment of this luxury apartment in Kensington, London providing the project with glass wall cladding, mirrors and slumped glass wash basins.
Technical Information:
The bathroom used a selection of bespoke glass products including coloured glass wall cladding in Colorglaze, standard colour Frost. The glass wall cladding integrates cutouts for taps and is fixed to the wall using non-acidic silicone to ensure safe fixings and durable colour.
Minimalist slumped glass basins and glass worktops create a futuristic styled bathroom. The glass basins are fully toughened and manufactured with the glass worktops in 19mm clear float toughened glass. To continue the circular theme we installed glass wall cladding, manufactured as one piece of glass with integral circular mirrors, these harmonise perfectly with the symmetrical basins. All glass wall areas were templated to ensure accurate manufacture and installation.
