Ion Glass welcome Laurence Austin and Fabian Campean to their Technical Team, all have a broad cross section of industry experience, including frameless glazing, glass cutting, carpentry and construction experience.
23/07/10 The Reform Club, Shower Screens
Ion Glass Technicians have been working at the prestigious Reform Club, Pall Mall, maintaing the bespoke shower screens and providing them with a new lease of life, replacing shower seals, deep cleaning and a full shower MOT.
14/07/10 Notting Hill Glass Balustrading
Ion Glass are currently working at a property in Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill to install a frameless glass balustrade with bespoke metalwork and handrail. New case study to be released soon.
13/06/10 Brighton College Glazed Units
Ion Glass are installing a range of large glazed units at Brighton College and introducing four new windows that will project light through the new classrooms. Ion Glass have been commissioned by Buxton Building. Watch this space for a new case study.

04/02/10 Sheltering with Glass Canopies
Ion Glass will be installing a large sandblasted glass canopy at a commercial refurbishment in Watford, the bespoke glass canopy will include bespoke metal and glasswork along with guttering for rainwater. Case study to be released soon.
27/01/10 St. Mark's Church Glazing
Ion Glass are installing architectural glass entrance doors at St. Mark's Church Reigate this week. The contemporary glass door comprises of frameless glass screens and a frameless door to the east entrance of the Church. The Dorma Beyond 'pinch-free' system has been used for its frameless qualities and hardwearing design. See Case Study.
22/01/10 St. Thomas Church Glazing
Ion Glass are currently working on a range of structural glass installations at St. Thomas Church, Basingstoke. The glass installations include a beautiful glass linkway between the main church and new church hall with integral structural glass beams and glass partitions creating a totally frameless glass corridor. The second phase of installations includes green glass screens for the church windows. See Case Studies
14/01/10 Wimbledon Architectural Glass Houses
The residents of Wimbledon are currently enjoying Ion Glass and their tailor made glass products. With several projects in Wimbledon, Ion Glass will be transforming properties with functional folding bath screens, sliding doors and glass partitions, along with stunning glass staircases and balustrades. 11/01/10 Tailor made shower cubicles for Golf Club
Ion Glass will be manufacturing frosted glass shower cubicles for the changing rooms at Seaford Golf Club. The glass cubicles will have a sandblasted glass finish to ensure privacy for their users and a Ritec application for minimal cleaning. The shower cubicles are due for installation during February, case study to be released soon!

01/10/09 Millbank, Glass Cubicles
The fitting team are completing glass installations at Millbank, Parliamentary works over the next few days. The bespoke glass cubicles use a combination of fixing methods and the glasswork is manufactured with varying degrees of sandblasted glass. Project photos to arrive soon.

14/08/09 Barbican Centre Curved Glass Doors
Ion Glass have recently completed a survey for a curved glass shower door at the Barbican Centre, London. We will manufacture and install the shower door in the coming weeks.
04/08/09 Millbank, Parliamentary Works
Ion Glass are working with SW Bruce to provide sandblasted glass toilet cubicles for a refurbishment at parliamentary works, Millbank. The bespoke glass cubicles will be manufactured using 10mm toughened glass and a coating of PermaClean for minimal cleaning. The glass cubicle partitions and doors will be fixed using polished chrome ironmongery.

Ion Glass have been commissioned to supply and install a set of 5 glass rooflights at Devereux Tower , Tower of London.
27/07/09 VIP Screening in Burlington Arcade
Ion are currently working on a glass project for a well established jewellers in Burlington Arcade, London. The architectural glass screen will stretch from floor to ceiling, integrating opaque patterns to enable privacy. The Ion team completed templating last week and hope to install the glass screen in the next couple of weeks.
22/06/09 Summer Glass at the Pool House
Ion are currently completing glass installations at a newly built Pool House in Alresford, Hampshire. The savvy Pool House designed by Haddow Partnership takes on a variety of bespoke sourced materials including glass cladding, bespoke made sliding doors, panelling and glass rooflights. 13/05/09 Glass Flooring for West End Restaurant
Ion recently installed bespoke architectural glass flooring and mirrors with record turnaround times. The Persian restaurant is opening this week in the heart of Mayfair. Our Surveyor and Installers measured, manufactured and installed the glass in under 2 weeks. The result is a stunning design feature, opening up the restaurant area and providing light and space.

Our installation team are currently working on a contemporary Ruby Red glass bathroom. Colorglaze Ruby glass is being applied to walls, shelves and shower cladding.

10/03/09 Open the Glass Gates!
Ion are working on a beautiful residential project to design and install a glass gate, allowing light to flow through whilst creating a clear glass partition. The glass screening also integrates coloured glass lettering with the house name and number, a totally bespoke product, tailor made to the client's needs.
09/02/09 Garden View External Glass Balustrading
Our installation team are currently on site fitting internal and external balustrading to a Georgian house conversion in Wanborough, Guildford, the frameless balustrading wraps round a central stairwell within the new part of the building and onto the roof terrace in the garden. 02/02/09 BT makes calls to 0845 numbers free!
BT has made calls to 0845/0870 numbers free for its 14 million residential customers. When they were first introduced 0845 numbers were charged at a local rate. BT residential clients will now be able to call 0845 numbers free of charge. We are very pleased with the news that many of our clients will benefit from this and receive better value for money.
